8.  Christmas Decorations for City Streets, City
      Hall, and Centennial Plaza (on-going project).
9.  Host annual Skateboard Competiton at WRC's
      Weed Skatepark.
10. Annual Bedding Plant Project with WES.
11. Design, Fabricate, and Install Seasonal and
      Home-game Banners for Main Street (on-going)
12. Complete Community Float for Parades and
      for Performance Stage (sound system complete,
      and stage-bed in progress).
13. Host Twice-monthly  'Weed Bingo' for the
      Benefit of Weed Youth. (Skate & Bike Parks).
14. Provide Light-weight Folding Tables for use by
      Local Non-profits. (22 tables procured).
15. Create Mural for Shasta View Gift Shoppe (in
      planning).
16. Construct Permanent Bar-B-Que for Charles
      Byrd Community Park. (2008 Completion).
